A personal, self-hosted AI assistant
BOC (Brian's OpenClaw) is a personal assistant run by a single owner on infrastructure they control. It helps with everyday planning: keeping a calendar organised, turning tasks into a realistic plan, and producing short daily summaries.
What it does
-
Calendar management
Reads the owner's Google Calendar to answer questions about upcoming events and availability. Its current Google permission also allows it to create, update, and delete events.
-
Task planning
Combines tasks, deadlines, and existing commitments into a suggested plan for the day or week.
-
Daily summaries
Produces brief overviews of what is scheduled and what needs attention.
Who it is for
BOC is a personal tool. It is not a commercial product or public service, and it is not offered for sign-up. It acts only on the Google account its owner has explicitly connected.
How it works
BOC runs on OpenClaw, a self-hosted assistant framework, on infrastructure controlled by the owner. Google Calendar access uses the Google Calendar API with OAuth consent granted by the account holder. When generating summaries or plans, the assistant may send relevant calendar content to an external AI model provider for processing.
